Welcome to Kućica! We are delighted to have you as our guests in this charming old crooked house, built in 1880, where comfort meets tranquillity. Nestled in a serene cul-de-sac with stunning sea views and soothing sounds of nature, Kućica is perfect for families, couples, and solo travellers alike. Kućica is a charming retreat spread over three inviting floors. The first floor features a 12m² terrace with stunning sea views, leading into a cozy hallway that connects a room, kitchen/dining area, living room, and a small bathroom. Ascend to the upper floor, where you'll find 2-3 bedrooms accommodating 4-5 guests; the front rooms boast breathtaking sea views, while the twin bedroom at the back overlooks a quaint paved yard. Each floor is around 28m². On the ground floor there is a konoba, an understairs toilet, and an outdoor shower. We keep this space mostly for ourselves. Feel free to leave your luggage with us on the day of your arrival or departure. The sea is an 8-minute walk through the forest, just 400m!

The Plaza Kačjak is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Crikvenica Riviera. This breathtaking picture-book beach is located in the north of the resort of Dramalj and is popular with families as well as couples. Especially impressive are the high rocks around the bay, which together with the turquoise blue sea colors form a true postcard panorama. The fine, light pebbles also provide optimal access to the clear water, and a bit off to the side you will also find some concrete and stone beaches for secluded swimming.
Directly on the beach, you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas for a fee. In the high season, there is a payable aquapark. A little behind, on the green peninsula of Kacjak, there are also numerous trees that provide natural shade. Moreover, the chic beach bar is cozy, where you can enjoy a wonderful atmosphere with cool drinks and delicious food.
Bršćanovica beach
is a small beach 8 minutes downhill on foot through the forest. It is a hidden gem for travelers seeking a quieter, more authentic coastal experience. This charming bay doubles as a small local harbor, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling resort crowds. The beach has showers, but the toilets can only be found in a nearby bar.
Kačjak FKK Beach
is a dedicated naturist spot known for its peaceful, natural setting. It offers a different vibe than the main resort beaches, focusing on privacy and a direct connection to nature. It features concrete sunbathing areas with stair access to the sea.
Discover the charming, small, rocky, and paved beaches scattered around the Kačjak peninsula, and all the way along the road leading to Crikvenica. Crikvenica itself also boasts delightful sandy beaches perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. Enjoy the natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere that some of these hidden beaches have to offer. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, Dramalj's and Crikvenica's picturesque coastline has something for everyone.
